Designed to succeed, but living in defeat, WHY?

We were designed to succeed. Everything about our true self is good. Yet we suffer, hurt and harm ourselves and others. We act out of pain, fear, shame, and guilt of who we think we should be. 

What did God say about you?

26Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over [g]all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that [h]moves on the earth.”

Why, do we live a life of defeat? We use our words like weapons, our thoughts are chaos and full of confusion. We are trapped in our own self-defeating, illusion that we can't do or be better. 

Who are we going to believe, him, her, them, ourselves or the one that created us? 

What does God say?  God says you have dominion.

You're not alone in this ideology, the world preys on that very thing. They sell you quick-fix drugs, workout routines, cars, houses and all things shiny to keep you on the performance wheel; I am not good, I must be better than him, her or them.

We all fall prey to trying to keep up and compete with the Jones's. Who are the Jones's and why should we compete let alone try to keep up with them? The Jones's is anyone and everyone that you measure your worth, value and state of happiness against.

What does God have to say about this?  See 2 Corinthians 10:11, It is foolish or unwise to compare yourself with anyone. 

Don't live beneath your privilege, by accepting the lies of the world. God designed you, he bought your life with a price, your life is not yours, it has been bought with the blood of Jesus. God came in Jesus and died on the cross if there was no one else on the planet he still would have died just for you. This is not about a religion but a relationship. God wants a relationship with you. He wants you to know him as a Good Father, and not as some religious icon. God is Father not what you have been taught in Religion. God is living and desires to live in you and through you.

Listen to what God has to say about you and not what THEY say. Let God be true and everyone a liar, even if that one is you.
